Members of the All Progressives Congress loyal to the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola are currently protesting in Osogbo, the Osun State capital. The protest is coming days after they worked against Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.

The members who carried different inscriptions gathered at popular Olaiya junction and are currently moving towards Ogo-Oluwa area of the capital.

They are calling for the restructuring of their party by the national headquarters of the Party.

Speaking during the protest, Former Chairman of Osogbo South LCDA, Hakeem Olaoye said if the party is not restructured, it may find it difficult to win future elections.

“Our party may not be able to win future elections if it’s not restructured. We’re calling on our national headquarters to restructure our party for future elections.”

InsightMedia gathered that the group, who have been at loggerheads with Oyetola since 2020, worked against the party in the last governorship election.

Oyetola, who was the candidate of the Party, lost the election to candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Senator Ademola Adeleke.

  1. TREACHEROUS SUBVERSIVE ELEMENTS.

The ugly faces of TRAITORS. They are not ashamed of their evil acts and anti-party conspiracy.

The whole wide world already aware of what happened in the Governorship race of the state of Osun and the above link bears testimony to the fact.

It is right and ripe time to weed the party of opportunist rodents and political HARLOTS who are always available to thwart the political fortunes and chances of the APC at will for their own selfish interests.

NOW THAT THE ENEMIES HAVE EXPOSED THEIR SHAMELESS ESSENCE. THE APC AS A PARTY SHOULD SEIZE ON THE OPPORTUNITY FOR SELF REGULATORY EXERCISE FOR BETTER POSITIONING IN THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM OF THE STATE.
