The Senator representing Osun East Senatorial District, Babajide Omoworare has been on votes mobilisation drive for APC candidates in Ife and Ijesa land ahead of the House of Assembly elections across Osun East and Ife land in particular. Omoworare said the drive is borne out of necessity to put Ife in main stream politics.

At another meeting held with ward executives of the APC and SDP, he emphasised the need to take the message of the party for next level and progressive gains for Ile-Ife to the electorates.
“Ife and the people of Ile-Ife are progressive minded and development concious, I have engaged in several productive discussion across structures of government to make maximum and best result for Ife and the Governor has assured me of proper best and unprecedented attention.” He said.
Omoworare went further to say that he has no doubt in the political conciousnes of our people of Ile-Ife and their progressive mindset.
