He said the time has come for the party to commence work towards a victorious outing in 2022 Governorship Election in the state, adding that the party leadership will engage the aggrieved individuals to bring about genuine reconcillation

As stakeholders in the business of Osun State who are genuinely concerned by the present aberrations being dished out by the obvious misfits in government, we cannot afford to be busy on frivolities of unpleasant distractions.

“The onus of leading the teeming army of our people to restore Osun State for the people of the State has fallen on us at this time and we must appreciate that while we do our things as registered members of the party. A political party of our standing should have a workable, feasible and purposeful path of engagements into the climax of the battle ahead of us, and that is the path I am prepared to lead the PDP in Osun State at this time It is not a time to dwell in the past, it is a time to move forward. It is a time to be business-like and not any unfruitful ‘busy-ness'”

“After today’s prayers to the almighty God, I assure you all, leaders and members of our party that all necessary processes required to smoothen our way into the battle field of 2022 shall be reactivated in earnest as we charge unwaveringly towards the goal ahead.”
