Osun: Ex-Commissioner for Women Affairs, Olaboopo Declares For House of Reps

 

Immediate past commissioner for women, children and social affairs in Osun State, Barr. Olubukola Olaboopo has declared for House of Representatives.

Olaboopo, who is a member of the All Progressives Congress, made her declaration via a broadcast obtained by InsightMedia in Osogbo on Sunday.

The Ex-Commissioner also unveiled her agenda for the people of Ifelodun/Boripe/Odo-Otin Federal Constituency in the three-minute clip. She promised to ensure she impacts everyone in her constituency if given the mandate.

“I shall uphold by the grace of God, the dignity of the progressive tendencies in our State. Leveraging on the advice, guidance and tutorship of our leaders.

“I shall build on the footprints of our early fathers in progressive politics, while I ensure that I’m accessible and continue to share that communal bond which joins us and which I already established with you.

The aspirant further pledged that transparency and accountability shall be her watchwords, adding that she would ensure that she impacts on everyone.
