Former Chairman of Irepodun local government, Hon. Kamorudeen Ajisafe has congratulated Senator Ademola Adeleke on his emergence as the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in the forthcoming governorship elections.

Ajisafe described the victory of Senator Adeleke at the just concluded Governorship Primary Election of the PDP, as the will of God for the good people of Osun State.

In a statement on Saturday, the former House of Representatives Aspirant, said “election which was initially presumed to be keenly contested among some other strong members of the party took a different trend as two out of the contesting candidates withdrew from the race, serving as an indirect allegiance to the candidacy of Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke as the anointed and popular candidate best considered for the crown spot.

He further expressed that, the victory is for the entirety of the good people of Osun as the complimentary stage of the contest is in July of this year, 2022.

Hon. Kamorudeen Ajisafe therefore declares his continuous support for the candidacy of Sen. Ademola Adeleke as the original flag bearer of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in the upcoming governorship election in the State of Osun. He stressed that, Osun at its critical stage is in dire need of someone who will ultimately prioritise the welfare of the good people of Osun with dividends of good governance in all nude and crannies of the State.

The political stalwart in Osun PDP Central Senatorial district emphasized that, it’s the right time for the voices of Osun people to be heard loud and clear as the Party is equally ready to deliver their candidate for the ‘better’ of the State of Osun.

It should be recalled that, Adeleke of contested the last governorship election in the state against the incumbent Governor, Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola.

Thus, Senator Ademola Adeleke has everything to make the best out of the state and in fact a worthwhile Society for the people of osun and its environs.

He called on Osun people to vote Senator Adeleke in the July 16 governorship elections.
