Osun PDP: Irekandu congratulates newly elected Chairman Bisi, other EXCOs


The lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency, Adewumi Adeyemi popularly known as IREKANDU has congratulated Hon. Sunday Bisi on his emergence as the new Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Osun State Chapter.

This was stated in a statement that the young congressman personally signed and provided to reporters.

IREKANDU congratulated the new party chair, describing him as a man who possessed the skills required to head the party.

The recently elected Chairman, in the opinion of the lawmaker, is not new to the party or grassroots politics. In prior roles he held inside the party, he demonstrated ability.

Irekandu urged every member to support the new leadership of Hon. Sunday Bisi and expressed his faith in him.

The 39-year-old politician also extends his congratulations to the other recently elected State Working Committee members and Executives of the party.

‘The emergence of Hon. Sunday Bisi and other members of the state leadership in a free and fair congress is a proud feat that would strengthen the internal democracy of our party’.

The lawmaker also congratulates Hon. Itiola Oluyemisi Adeniyi and Mrs. Adeyemi Roseline Idowu who are natives of Obokun Local Government for being part of the newly elected State Executives of the party.

He pleaded with them to uphold the party’s flag and do everything in their power to carry out their mandates and meet the high standards set by the party’s throngs of supporters.
