The Speaker, State of Osun House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye has congratulated the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II on the occasion of his 46th birthday anniversary.
The Speaker in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Kunke Alabi lauded the Monarch for his consistency in advocating for one indivisible Nigeria and the good course of Yorubaland.
Owoeye stated that the Ooni ever since ascending the throne of his forefathers, has shown unwavering dedication to the highest ideals as the Ooni of Ife.
He said, “On behalf of the State of Osun House of Assembly, I felicitate with you on the occasion of your 46th birthday anniversary.
“Kabiyesi, you are a foremost Monarch in Osun and Nigeria in general, your influence, words of wisdom and interventions have helped in the development of our state and the society at large.
“You have lived a successful and fulfilled life and we as your people are proud and privileged to be your loyal subjects.”
The Speaker, therefore, prayed that Oba Adeyeye celebrates more of the day in good health, abundance and prosperity, in the land of the living
