PDP Campaign Spokesperson Arrested By DSS For Inciting Violence

A campaign spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party in Kaduna State, Ben Bako has been arrested by men of Department of State Service, Premium Times has reported.

Bako was arrested late on Saturday, February 9 for allegedly inciting violence at a political rally.

His arrest maybe not unconnected to the video of the inciting statement.

Deputy Director of media and publicity, Yakubu Lere confirmed the arrest.

He said, “yes, he was arrested around 11pm on Saturday by some men of state security service and taken to Abuja”.
