Students, youths storm streets in Ibadan to protest escape of serial killer


Protesters, most students and youths, on Wednesday stormed the streets of Ibadan, Oyo State capital to demand for the re-arrest of serial killer, Sunday Shodipe.

Shodipe escaped from the police custody as confirmed by the police on Friday.

Protesters were seen on major roads in the state, with different inscriptions. They demanded that the Inspector General of Police should ensure that Shodipe, who had been arraigned before a High Court, is recaptured.
