Former Secretary to the Osun State Government, Alhaji Fatai Akinade Akinbade has promised to make the state a model in the country through agriculture for the creation of sustainable jobs for the people of the state,if given the mandate.

Akinbade,a leading governorship aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state, noted that his level of political experience and administrative acumen that had spanned over thirty years, would be deployed for the betterment of state and its people.

He stated this while fielding  questions from the Insight Media’s correspondents in Osogbo on Thursday,adding “I have been to virtually all villages and rural settlements in Osun and I know what they need. My experience as an administrator and politician in the state for over thirty years will be deployed to better the lives of all the residents and citizens of the state”

Soludero, as fondly called by his admirers, lamented bitterly the shenanigans that characterized the creation of jobs in the state under the present administration and promised to address the issue if given the mandate to serve the people of the state.

The Ogbagba-born politician expressed the optimism that the crises rocking PDP in the state would soon disappear, assuring that the party would  come out stronger and be rancour-free before the election on September 22,this year.

“What we have in the PDP is not crisis, it is part of the beauty of democracy and very soon, we will hold our party congresses across all local governments and the state level. Then you will see a vibrant party that will focus on liberating the people of Osun state in the next election.”

Akinbade urged the people of the state to look into the track records of anyone they want to elect into political offices,averring that despite holding offices in the past,he did not soil his hands.
