Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Sulaimon Lasun Yussuff has congratulated Nigerian workers on the May Day celebration .
In a message by his Chief Press Secretary, Wole Oladimeji, the Deputy Speaker commended workers across the country for their perseverance and patience especially in this period of economic hardship.
The Osun 2018 Guber aspirant also commended them for their support and cooperation with All Progressives Congress ruling government especially in this period of economic transformation
He called on workers to exercise patient so that success can come within the limited time, this government met a worst economy, but President Mohammodu Buhari is trying very hard to put economy of the country on a sound footing.
He assured workers that National Assembly will do everything within its power to ensure that workers are well taken care of. He urged workers to cooperate with both executives and lawmakers in building this country for our children.
“Presently, House of Representatives is taking all issues pertaining to welfare of workers very serious, therefore, what the lawmakers need at this time is the cooperation of worker”.
