The 2017 edition of Ilobu Day Celebration holds on November 11th, 2017.

Mr. Alabi said this year’s occasion will start on Sunday, November 5th with a live appearance of an OSBC programme called “Eroya” by 6am and will end with a Thanksgiving service at St. Michael Anglican Church, Oluwomi area, Ilobu.
The programmes slated for this year’s event are as follows;
( Day 1):Sunday 5th November, 2017- EROYA at OSBC, ile Awiye, Oke Baale, Osogbo by 6:30am.
(Day 2:)Tuesday 7th of November, 2017 – HEALTH TALK at Ilobu House Complex, konda Road, Ilobu by 10:00am.
(Day 3:)Wednesday 8th of November, 2017 – INSU PROGRAMME at Ilobu House complex,konda road, Ilobu by 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
( Day 4: ) Thursday 9th of November, 2017 – CULTURAL DISPLAY at Olobu ‘s Palace by 12noon.
(DAY 5): (i)Friday 10th of November, 2017 – JUMMAH SERVICE at Ilobu Central Mosque, Ilobu by 1:30pm to 2:30pm. (ii)COMMISSIONING OF THE ILOBU HOUSE COMPLEX /AWARD at Ilobu House complex by 4:00pm.(iii)SPECIAL FORUM at Alh Assan Olasupo Arogundade Residence, Ilobu by 7:00pm.
(DAY 6) Saturday 11th of November, 2017 (i) WALK TO LIVE at Ilobu by 6:30am. (ii) GRAND FINALE :Launching of Multi-million Naira Fund for the on-going Projects at St. Paul Middle school field by 10 :00am prompt.
(DAY 7)Sunday 12th of November, 2017 – THANKS GIVING SERVICE at St. Peter Anglican Church, Pako Area, Ilobu by 10 :00am. Ilobu Asake a gbewa o. NOTE:- Cloth is also available at affordable price.
The annual event always provide room for sons and daughters of the ancient and historic town to meet, dialogue and contribute towards the development of their motherland and this year’s occasion will be 25th edition.
