Ahead of the rerun election in Orolu local government, the Honourable representing Irepodun/Orolu state constituency in Osun State House of Assembly, Kamil Tope Oyedele has sued for peace.
Oyedele made this known in a statement issued by the Coordinator of Kamil Youth Vanguard, Teslim.
The Coordinator warned that that the peaceful atmosphere in Orolu LG must be maintained and that the security agents must be at alert to prevent any breakdown of laws and order and protect the residents.
Kamil urged the people of Owode and Idi-Iya to vote massively for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress to ensure continuity of good governance in the state.
The statement reads in part, “as the state governorship election continues in Owode and Idi-Iya wards, I use this medium to call for a peaceful contest devoid of any violence what so ever.

Alabi.
He called on security agencies to be on alert in order to forestall in the affected areas.
