The Independent National Electoral Commission has expressed concerns over the conduct of the security personnel deployed for the Osun governorship rerun election.
INEC in its recent tweet has also made known its concern about the intimidation by security agents.
It said: “INEC is disturbed about reports that accredited media and obeservers are being arrested or prevented from operating in some polling units. This is being taken up security agencies.”
