Supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party in Kwara South Senatorial district have been thrown into confusion with the appearance of Governor Abdulfatai Ahmed’s as the candidate of the party in the zone on the list released by The Independent National Electoral Commission on Thursday.
The governor is believed to have stepped down for the incumbent Senator, Rafiu Adebayo as the candidate of the party in the zone.
But the last minute appearance of his name on the final list of the electoral umpire remains a shock to the party supporters and leaders in the state.
