Men of Nigeria police attached to Inspector General of Police Intelligence Team narrated how they trailed and recovered 13 houses, 13 vehicles and N100 million belonging to a leader of the notorious kidnapping and armed robbery gang, Collins Ezenwa.
The police team who’re attached to Imo State command of Special Anti-robbery Squad, (SARS) said they also arrested a former police officer, estate agent and bankers who are working with him.
A source explained that the IRT uncovered during its investigation that Ezenwa also has a link with other notorious groups on the south south and southeast geo-political zones.
They specialize in hijacking of cars, kidnapping of big personalities and diplomats to extort money from them.
