A Kaduna State High Court has presided over by Justice Mario Muhammed has issued a warrant of arrest against the Chairman of Code of Conduct Bureau for contempt.
The warrant directed the police to get him arrested and provide him in court of February 13.
Publisher of The Union Newspaper who filed an application requesting to subpoena the CCB chairman said he has requested for the asset declaration of Kaduna State governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai.
Justice Muhammed granted the application as presented by the counsel to the newspaper, Mr. J. N. Egwuonwu, SAN during the previous sitting.
