The Supreme Court has upheld the judgement of the Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt on the nullification of the All Progressives Congress primaries in the state.
Led by Justice Mohammed Dattijo, a five man panel of the apex court on Friday, February 8, overruled the objection of the Tonye Cole-led faction of the APC that it had earlier withdrawn from the appeal against the court’s ruling, Daily Trust reports.
This is the end of the road for the APC in the state.
