The Supreme Court of Nigeria has revealed the names of five-man panel of judges that will preside over Osun State governorship appeal by Senator Ademola Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party.
Leading the panel is Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour, who is the second most senior judge in the Supreme Court.
Others are:
Hon Justice Kumai Bayang Akhas, Hon Hustice Paul Adam Galumje, Hon Justice John Okoro and Hon Justice Amina Adamu Augie
Supreme court hearing between Senator Ademola Adeleke/PDP and Gov Gboyega Oyetola/APC is now scheduled for 17th June, 2019.
