Some suspected hoodlums Makurdi about four on Sunday invaded the All Progressives Congress State Secretariat in Makurdi, Benue State.
The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday around 3am to 4am.
The Public Relations Officer of the party said, “the invaders forcefully removed the window burglary on my office and ransacked the office.
“They further invaded the computer office at the Secretariat scattering the systems and papers without making away with any.”
The security guard on duty reported that they were asking for where “documents” were kept but could not specify the kind of documents.
After intimidating and threatening the security, they left with a promise to come back on another day.
It is unclear what their mission was but a formal report has been filed at the Police Station.
