Friends and associates of the Timi of Ede, Oba Munirudeen Adesola Lawal Laminisa 1 on Wednesday, January 1, joined the monarch and prominent sons and daughters of Ede to celebrate the New Year at his palace.
Among prominent sons and daughters of Ede present are Professor Siyan Oyeweso, Ayo Adewumi, Adedolapo Oyelade, among other individuals.
Also at the event are former Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Kazeem Adio, members of Siyan Oyeweso Foundation, Baales across Ede kingdom, cultural troops and social organizations.
Highlife singer entertained the guest with solemn music while a comedian also ensure people laughed off any worries associated with 2019 and start the year on a happy mood.
