Video has emerged of a Nigerian police officer captured on camera smoking Indian hemp in a state’s police vehicle.
The police officer whose identity is still unknown was filmed in a ghetto within Nigeria. A few citizens of his countries shared their opinions on his action.
The action by the police officer has left many in a state of shock as they wonder why he has not been arrested because the practice of possessing the drug is considered illegal and unlawful.
