On Sunday, the Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu dissolved the Special Anti-robbery Squad operatives across the country based on the consistent protest of the Youth.
Earlier today, the protesters stormed the street of Lagos again after the dissolution of the SARS operative in order for them to gain the attention of the Lagos government. Police officers started shooting sporadically into the midst of the protesters in order to stop them from protesting.
In Surulere today, during the process of interrupting the protesters in the community, protesters were assaulted while some were shot dead.
According to a report, four of the protesters were killed in the process.
