Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have arrested former Governor of Kwara State, Abdulfatah Ahmed.
Sources disclosed that Ahmed was arrested today and he’s undergoing interrogation at the headquarters of the anti-graft agency in Abuja.
Ahmed was the governor of the north central state for eight years and his former finance Commissioner was arrested in 2019 in connection with some alleged fraudulent deals while in Government.
