There was tension on Saturday morning as supporters of President Muhammadu Buhari under the aegis of #IStandWithBuhari engaged themselves in a fierce fight at the Unity Fountain, Abuja.
It was gathered that leaders of the group “were seen in a heated exchange of words over the sharing of monetary resources meant for organising the counter-protests.”
The group had gathered at the venue to demonstrate their support for President Muhammadu Buhari, the report said.
Nigerians have stormed the streets in Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan, Osogbo, other cities across the country to protest against Buhari under the hashtag #BuhariMustGo.
