Crisis struck a Onward community along Fadidulai area in Osogbo, Osun State capital as a woman simply identified as “Iya ibeji”, who is an errand woman, stabbed a 12-year-old Zainab, daughter of community Chairman, simply identified as Mr Giwa
It was gathered the incident happened at the sitting room of the Chairman. Giwa and family members are fond of sending Iya ibeji errands to the market. It was gathered that Iya Ibeji isso much entrusted the woman with their foodstuffs.
A source told correspondent that “Zainab, the victim just returned from school when Iya ibeji entered, probably with the mission of stealing some money because chairman’s money wardrobe was met scattered after the incident.”
Zainab also narrated that “Iya Ibeji entered the sitting room, as she sighted me, she hit me with gas cylinder and some other pointed harmful objects. So I sustained injury.”
Zainab is currently at a medical facility within Osogbo.
