Upon failure to appeal the judgement against it, the Osun State government has returned a suspended High Court Judge, Justice Olamide Folahanmi Oloyede to the court.
Justice Oloyede won her suit against the state government in June 2021. The jurist has approached the court to challenge the compulsory retirement following a petition written against the administration of Former Governor Rauf Aregbesola.
A Federal High court sitting Abuja has described her removal as illegal, called on Osun government to reinstate her.
InsightMedia gathered that Justice Oloyede on Tuesday, June 1, 2022 resumed at the Ijebu-jesa division of the Osun State High Court.
