Adewumi Adeyemi popularly known as Irekandu, lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency has praised Governor Ademola Adeleke’s plan to hire more than 5000 teachers for state public schools.

The politician from Ibokun also commended Governor Ademola Adeleke for enrolling vulnerable and elderly people in the state’s health insurance program.

This was disclosed on Friday, February 9 through a press release that the lawmaker signed and made available to newsmen.

The architect disclosed that a staffing shortfall was impeding the state’s public schools’ ability to grow and develop as expected.

Irekandu further explained that hiring more than 5000 teachers would accelerate the state’s rate of educational advancement by fixing the problem of staff shortage.

The lawmaker claims that through human-friendly policies that have kept the state in the spotlight, Senator Ademola Adeleke has continued to demonstrate that he is prepared and competent of leading the affairs of the state.

“It is a commendable move that Governor Adeleke made to hire over 5,000 teachers.” I am confident that the move would improve the state’s educational outcomes.
