Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has taken a swipe at President Bola Tinubu, criticising his administration’s approach to the fuel subsidy crisis.

In a tweet on Thursday, Atiku blamed the current economic woes on what he described as the president’s “haphazard and disingenuous approach” to managing the fuel subsidy.

Atiku expressed concern over the rising inflation, stating that it has worsened the living conditions of Nigerians.

He also accused Tinubu of remaining indifferent to the increasing hardships faced by the citizens, despite the worsening economic situation.

“The haphazard and disingenuous approach of the current administration to fuel subsidy management has been the reason we are in this current economic crisis in the country.
