Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has lost his eldest brother, Sunday Makinde.
The sad news was shared in a statement released on Friday morning by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Dr. Sulaimon Olanrewaju.
According to the statement, the death was confirmed by one of the deceased’s brothers, Chief Olumuyiwa Makinde, who announced that Sunday passed away in the early hours of Friday at the age of 65.
Sunday Makinde leaves behind siblings, children, and grandchildren.
