Chelsea has secured the signing of highly-rated Brazilian full-back, Denner Evangelista, from Corinthians for €10 million, with an additional €4 million in potential add-ons. The 17-year-old defender will officially join the club in 2026, with his contract lasting until 2032.
The deal, confirmed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Sunday, has been completed with taxes covered. Romano shared the news on social media, stating: “Denner Evangelista to Chelsea, here we go! Deal agreed for the 17-year-old full-back to join Chelsea from Corinthians for €10m plus €4m in add-ons, with taxes covered.”
Evangelista’s move follows Chelsea’s ongoing strategy of bringing in young South American talent. This signing adds depth to the club’s future defensive options.
