Residents of Iyana Agbala, New Ife Road in Ibadan were pleasantly surprised as they saw the former Police Public Relations Officer in Osun, CSP Yemisi Opalola supervising the rehabilitation of the road in the Area.
According to a video obtained online by InsightMedia, the senior police woman sponsored the rehabilitation and was physically present at the scene. The video filmed by one of the residents.
Some residents who could not help but join her, were full of praises for CSP Opalola for the gesture.
The residents said the road has been in a deplorable state for years and motorists find it difficult to navigate.
The palliative work by CSP Opalola is expected to bring relief to the people of the area as said by motorists.
