TVC Communications has confirmed the resignation of Morayo Afolabi-Brown, Managing Director of TVC Entertainment and long-serving host of the popular all-women talk show, Your View. Her final day with the organisation is scheduled for Thursday, August 29, 2025.
In an official statement issued by the media group, Morayo’s departure comes after 12 years of “remarkable service,” during which she built a household name and significantly shaped public discourse through the widely watched morning programme.
According to the statement, her decision to step down is driven by a personal desire to pursue a long-nurtured passion project outside the TVC fold.
“We celebrate her for the incredible impact she has made, not only on Your View, but also to millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond,” the company stated.
TVC Communications acknowledged Morayo’s leadership, influence, and unwavering commitment, noting that her presence on the show will be “dearly missed.” However, the network assured viewers that Your View will remain on air and continue to uphold the standard and relevance that audiences have come to expect.
“We thank Morayo for her years of service, impact and inspiration and we wish her the very best in this new and exciting chapter,” the statement added.
The media company also urged the public and press to continue supporting Morayo as she embarks on her next phase, reaffirming that she remains “a cherished member of the TVC family.”
