Chelsea Football Club has been hit with 74 charges by the English Football Association (FA) for allegedly breaching several of its regulations.

In a statement released on Thursday, the FA outlined the areas of concern, which include:

Breaches of the FA Football Agents Regulations (Regulations J1 and C2)

Breaches of the FA Regulations on Working with Intermediaries (Regulations A2 and A3)

The alleged misconduct reportedly took place over a long period, between 2009 and 2022, with most of the violations said to have occurred between the 2010/11 and 2015/16 seasons.

Chelsea have been given a deadline of September 19, 2025, to formally respond to the charges.
