The Osun State Police Command has appealed to the public for assistance in finding a 15-year-old boy reported missing from Ilobu.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Police Public Relations Officer Abiodun Ojelabi said Oladosun Abdulmalik left his home in the Ilo Grammar School area on November 6, 2025, and has not been seen since.

“This is to inform the general public that the male person whose photograph shown on the screen left home since 06/11/2025 to an unknown destination and till now he has not return home nor seen,” the statement read.

The police described the teenager as “dark in complexion, has no tribal mark, about 5 feet tall, [and] speaks Yoruba fluently.”

The bulletin urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the nearest police station.

“The bulletin enjoins all person(s) with useful information about his whereabouts to contact the nearest Police Station,” Ojelabi added.

This call for public assistance follows a similar appeal in October, when the Osun Police Command asked members of the public to help identify a dumb man found wandering in the state. According to the police, the man was found on October 3, 2025, around Adelola Area in Modakeke, and anyone who recognises him or knows his relatives was urged to come forward.
