German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are reportedly preparing for life after Harry Kane, with Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen emerging as their primary transfer target.
The Bavarian club is said to be keen on signing the prolific forward from Turkish champions Galatasaray and has allegedly submitted a massive offer worth €115 million for the Nigerian international.
The development was revealed by former Beşiktaş J.K. midfielder Sinan Engin, who spoke about the possible transfer during a discussion on the Asist Analiz YouTube channel.
According to Engin, Bayern Munich have begun exploring attacking options as Kane is expected to depart the club in the near future. Osimhen, widely regarded as one of the most lethal strikers in European football, has therefore become the club’s preferred choice to lead their attack.
“Bayern Munich has made a €115 million offer for Victor Osimhen,” Engin said, as quoted by Turkish outlet Habersarikirmizi.
He added, “Harry Kane is leaving, and they are considering Osimhen as his replacement. I heard there’s a €115 million offer on the table.”
Engin also emphasized how highly Osimhen is valued by supporters of Galatasaray, noting that many fans believe the striker’s worth goes beyond monetary valuation.
“In the eyes of Galatasaray fans, Osimhen’s price is immeasurable,” he said.
Osimhen has continued to attract strong interest from top European clubs following his impressive performances in recent seasons. Known for his pace, aerial strength, and clinical finishing, the Nigerian forward has established himself as one of the most sought-after strikers in world football.
If the reported deal materializes, the transfer could become one of the biggest moves involving a Nigerian player and would further cement Osimhen’s status as a global football star.
