Controversial street-pop artist, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has shared his thoughts on actress Regina Daniels’ reported marital troubles.
The singer took to Regina’s Instagram comment section after she posted photos of her newly acquired property. In his remarks, Portable urged the actress to remain loyal to her husband, Ned Nwoko, despite the allegations of domestic violence making rounds online.
According to him, only wives who stay faithful and committed truly enjoy marriage.
“God bless your home forever. Please stay loyal, loyalty is stronger than juju. A loyal wife enjoys life more. Think carefully before you make any move. No man will make you happier than the one who put a roof over your head. Value what you have,” Portable wrote partly in Pidgin English.
He went on to caution Regina against listening to outsiders who might be advising her to leave her marriage for their own selfish reasons.
“Many people will mislead you just because of what they can gain from you,” he said. “There are no responsible men out there anymore, everyone just wants quick enjoyment. Women can be each other’s enemies too; they’ll tell you to leave your home but won’t even buy you food for a week.”
Portable concluded by warning that many men who seem sympathetic might only be interested in taking advantage of her situation.
