It was a tragic event on Saturday evening as suspected kidnappers killed a businessman and enterpreneur identified as Lukman Ibrahim in Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State.
The unfortunate incident happened along Ojoku Road with a one minute drive to the Divisional Police Headquarters in Offa.
It was alleged that the unknown kidnappers waylaid the unsuspecting couple on the road and attacked Lukman Ibrahim. Frantic efforts and pleading by the heavily pregnant wife to save the husband fell on deaf ears as she was murdered in cold blood.

Her remains have since been deposited at General Hospital, Offa.
As at the time of filling this report, the Kwara State Police Command is yet to confirm the incident.
