Popular Osun film maker, Oyebode Oyeniyi is set to commence shooting of another epic movie, Eni Ayanfe (The Chosen One) this July.
Oyeniyi, who is the producer of My Step Mother released in 2017, made this know to InsightMedia on Monday in Osogbo, Osun State capital.
He said the movie, which will be directed by one of the fast rising Directors in the Nollywood industry, Tunde Komolafe, will also features reputable actors and actresses in the industry.
Speaking about Eni Ayanfe, Oyeniyi said what drives the movies is the truth about time, spirituality, divinity, magic realism, history and victims of circumstances that shows the struggles of a family of mother and child and their relationship with the society in a developing country.
“After the tragic death of the father, the heroic character of the mother, who sees her child through the storms and never gave up on the believe of better days even when the chances are very slim. But the unfortunate incidents that surrounds their life is based on sacrificial benefits that has been designed by divinity to erase a reoccurring problem in the bloodline created by a covenant made with a spiritual being in the days of the old. The magic of time, how the love of a mother can turn a child to a man.”
Some of the actors and actresses expected to feature are oAdekunle Abolade, Omotolani Adesina, Taiwo Ibikunle, Rotimi Salami, among others.
He said he and his team have been working so hard to ensure his fans across the globe get best, adding that the movie will not only entertain, it will also educate and teaches every soul about reality of life.
