Kwara State People’s democratic party secretary resigned with immediate effect.
Mallam Abdulrazaq Lawal tendered his resignation letter following the alleged failure of the former Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki to give proper accountability for how the 2023 election campaign funds were spent.
Mallam Abdulrazaq Lawal hails from the Badari ward of Ilorin West Local Government area of Kwara State resigned from PDP as a member and also as a secretary.
However, in the resignation letter sighted by Insight Media, Lawal adduced his decision to personal reasons.
The crisis looming in PDP at the moment can also be part of it because the former senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki hails from Kwara state and he failed to account for the election 2023 funds.
