Police in Osun State have arrested an aide of Governor Ademola Adeleke and Chairman of Osun State Park Management Scheme, Nurudeen Wakeel Alowonle.
According to a police source, Alowonle was arrested late on Monday night in Osogbo.
The source said he was arrested with a pistol.
“Yes please and a police pistol recovered from him.” The source said.
InsightMedia also gathered that he is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Osogbo after he attempted to flee with handcuffs on him.
He’s currently at a hospital in Osogbo. After he was arrested, he attempted to flee with the handcuffs on him. That’s when he got injured.
