There are screenshots making rounds online quoting the Lagos state police PRO, the beautiful Dolapo Badmus advising men to exercise their rights and sue a lady if they send her transport fare and she refuses to come over.

She allegedly claims that you can refer to act 29 section 132 of the criminal code to file charges of defrauding by false pretence.

Haba, could the Lagos State PRO really have said such? I doubt that, but jokes apart can this statement be possible?
In a closed forum on Whatsapp where this was shared a heated debate ensued that is yet to abate till now. With guys shouting hurray while the ladies say the statement is irresponsible and a ticket for men to misbehave. So what are your opinions on the pressing debate. Can a lady be sued for failing to turn up after collecting transport fare from a guy?
