Results ermerging fro the polling units indicate that the candidate of ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance, Governor Willie Obiano is leading in the race.
The Independent National Electoral Commission started the collation of results from the 21 Local Government Areas of the state at about 9am today.
As at the start of the exercise, only 14 LGAs were ready with their results while others are still on the ways.
Governor Obiano is visibly leading in most of the results announced so far by the Collation officers of the LGAs.
