The Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Lasun Yusuff has said that his tour of 27 Local Government Areas in the state in the just concluded ‘2018 Governorship Consultation’ is unprecedented in the political history of the state.
Rt. Hon. Lasun said this on Friday while receiving a meritorious award given to him by Ilobu Development Union in Ilobu.
He said “I believe in knowledge and wisdom but not being smart. The moment you are trying to be smart, you are going to be dubious. In the history of Osun state, I have been the only person to reach out to 27 Local Government Areas to declare my ambition to them.
It will be recalled that Rt. Hon. Lasun visited APC stalwarts, Youths, artisan, Royal palaces, community leaders and market women across the state in August and September this year.
