The students of The Polytechnic, Ibadan on Tuesday ran for their lives as some cultists invaded the campus to protest the killing of their colleague.
The student identified as Olaniyi Olalekan aka Maku, was according to the report killed on Monday night outside the school campus.
The killing was allegedly carried out by a rival group.
Students and members of staff has to flee the school at 10am on Tuesday when the protesters stormed the campus.
Olaniyi Olalekan aka Maku, who was a thorn in the flesh of cultists, was murdered around Apete on Monday.
