The Ekiti State election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja had today, Monday, 28th of January upheld the victory of Ekiti state governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi in the last governorship poll.
The three-man tribunal led by Justice Suleiman Belgore unanimously struck out the petition by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Professor Kolapo Olusola.
