There was a mild drama shortly after Justice Okon Abang pronounced seven years sentencing for the former Spokesperson of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Olisha Metuh as he requested to use toilet.
Metuh, through his lawyer, Mr Ozioko sought the permission of the judge to use the restroom.
Justice Abang granted the request but ordered the security agents to follow him to the toilet’s door and give him three minutes to come out.
Metuh was sentenced to seven years imprisonment for the illegally collecting N400m from the office of National Security Adviser prior to 2015 elections.
