All is now set for the legal luminary and former National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Muiz Banire (SAN), to deliver the first edition of the College of Management and Social Science (COMAS) Distinguished Lecture at Fountain University, Osogbo.

This was contained in a release signed by the Chairman Organising Committee, Mojeed Adekunle Animashaun.
The release indicates that Banire will speak on the topic, The Nigerian State Structure and 2023 Election.

According to the release, the Distinguished Personality lecture holds 30th March 2022 will be chaired by the renowned professor of History, Siyan Oyeweso, who doubles as the Executive Director of the Centre for Black Culture and International Understanding, Osogbo, will hold at the Eti-Osa Lecture Theatre Fountain University.

It added that the programme which is billed to attract people from both academic and professional strata shall be declared open by the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Amidu Sanni while the Aragbiji of Iragbiji Land, His Royal Majesty, Oba AbdulRasheed Ayotunde Olabomi serves as the royal father of the day.

The release noted that the Distinguished Personality Lecture is a yearly academic event that provides the opportunity for academics, researchers, policymakers and technocrats to share their perspectives on issues of national and global importance.
