Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali is mourning the loss of his mother, just weeks after losing his father.

In November 2024, the 28-year-old footballer announced the passing of his father.

Tragically, less than two months later, Nwabali shared the heartbreaking news of his mother’s death.

Expressing his grief on social media, he wrote, “A very very crazy world indeed. RIP mom. Worst year of my life already.”

Nwabali, who was excused from the Super Eagles camp last year following his father’s demise, now faces another devastating loss as he navigates this difficult time.
