Controversial Nigerian artist Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, has vowed to change his ways following his release on bail.

The “Zazu” hitmaker was granted a N2 million bail by an Ogun State Magistrate Court in Isabo, Abeokuta, after pleading not guilty to a five-count charge that includes conspiracy, assault, possession of weapons, and disorderly conduct.

Portable had been charged by the Ogun State police for allegedly assaulting three officials of the Ogun Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA).

In a video shared on social media after his release, the singer expressed his gratitude and announced his decision to prioritize financial success over conflict.

“Thank God for everything, my fans. If you have God, you have everything,” he said. “I need money. No more trouble for me. I’m focused on making money now. I have a N2 million bail debt. I need more money. I’m all about the money now.”
